Is my text uploaded or stored?
No. Your text is processed by your browser on your own device and never sent anywhere. The online notepad, and tools where you turn on "Keep my text", save it in this browser only, so you can pick up where you left off.
Do the tools work offline?
Yes. Once a page has loaded, its tool keeps working without a connection.
